I live in NYC, which is the city of high rent and little space. My boyfriend and I were looking for a solution to needing a little bit more storage space, but we were tired of the look of stackable plastic storage. This bookcase was perfect. It was narrow enough to fit about anywhere, but has a good height to it so we can still fit plenty in the bookcase. Plus it looks like a high quality piece and it didn't hurt out wallets!
