We use this board in order to communicate with our employees. The Human Resources Department must have a clear and simple way to share ideas, plans, projects and notifications with its employees and this board is perfect for that. It's three feet by four feet, but it's very light. It's easy to mount and quite stirdy. Our old board continually fell off the wall, so we used Discount Office Items as a last resort. Well, we ordered two and couldn't be happier. If only we had used this site as a FIRST resort!
