Luggage cart features a heavy-duty steel frame that holds up to 250 lb. Durable ball-bearing, 6" wheels roll smoothly. Pull easily with 44-1/2" handle extension. Comments about Stebco Luggage Cart:

I bought this to tote psych test kits, briefcase, etc. after having had shoulder surgery. Construction is good, however, the bungy cord is pretty 'dead' - that is, the stretch is almost gone despite being brand new. The other thing is that in order to raise or lower the handle, you have to push one button to release/pull handle up, and have to push two buttons to lower the handle...can be awkward.
