Comments about Tombow Dry Tape Type Highlighter:

This works well as a dry highlighter however there is a zipping gear noise when running it across the page. In a quiet setting or during a lecture, this is very distracting to others. I would like to find the Sanford dry highlighter that was a twist up. It was neon yellow and the actual product was more like a crayon in a twist up tube. This was the best highlighter. The Tombow is a far distant second to the Sanford dry highlighter.
