We ship most orders the same business day if they are paid before 2:00 P.M. your time zone. We will also send you a tracking number via your valid email address so you may track it at UPS.com. Please note transit times do not include weekends and deliveries only occur on business days. Most of our customers receive their order the following business day after placing their order. However, based on our network of nationwide distribution centers inventory or your location additional delivery days may be needed. We have some of the fastest shipping on the net.

Certain items are not able to ship via UPS, such as furniture and oversized items, these will ship via common carrier from our warehouse to your door freight FREE (Inside delivery charges may apply), providing the order is over $75.00, for delivery in 1-4 business days. Most orders still arrive within 1-2 business days.

Free Shipping promotion does not apply to deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska.

Truck Deliveries to Business Addresses

Truck deliveries do not include inside delivery. Truck shipments are tailgate/dock delivery (the driver will bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item(s) inside). Inside delivery and/or setup is available in some metropolitan areas for an additional charge. If you request the driver at time of delivery make an inside delivery you will be responsible for any and all additional charges. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for credit or replacement.

Truck Deliveries to Residential Addresses & Home Offices

Inside delivery is not available to residential addresses or home offices. Truck shipments are tailgate/curbside delivery (the driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item inside. A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for a truck delivery. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment. IMPORTANT - DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for credit or replacement.

Residential delivery is not available in some areas of the country; we will contact you if delivery cannot be made to your address.
