Not only did you respond to my inquiry about the possibility of freight charges on my order with good news - Free Delivery but my order arrived in 12 Hours and 20 minutes from the time I was notified of item Shipment to when it arrived on my door step. This has got to be some kind of record!!! I typically wait 24 hours to track status of delivery to get a realistic date. Thank you for the excellent service on this order. The fan is exactly the
same as the other two I have and it arrived undamaged (and quickly). I do
have a concern that the impeller makes a slight rattling noise that my
others so not (we have them in the cubicles of my office). I have owned other
tower fans that made this sound when brand new and once things "settled
in" they stopped. I will run this one periodically over the weekend here at
home and if there is an "issue" I will contact you.

I have a multitude of other supply items that I need to price at your site
so this will be a good incentive to follow up.
